The rubric has 8 categories. Click any category row to open it and read how the AI grades it.
- 2
Change anything that's wrong. Edit a category's weight (how much it counts toward the score), reword the criteria (the instructions the AI follows), or fix the markers (the specific things it looks for).
- 3
If a negative marker is making the AI grade too hard, click "Too harsh?" next to it — it turns amber so we know to soften it. You don't have to delete it.
- 4
Leave a note on any category (an example call, why a score felt off), plus overall notes at the bottom.
- 5
Keep an eye on the weight bar at the top — all 8 weights must add up to 100%. It turns green when they do.

When you're done, click "Export my changes", hit Copy, and send it back to Arjay. Nothing here changes the live grading — Arjay reviews your changes before anything goes in.
Weight — how much a category counts. Discovery at 22% matters more than Rapport at 5%. They must total 100%.
Positive markers — good things the AI rewards. Negative markers — things that cost the agent points.
"Too harsh?" — flags a negative marker that punishes agents unfairly. Flagged ones turn amber and show up in your export.
